These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern how you use this website and how you place orders with Orbelle Creativo (“we”, “us”). By using the site or ordering through WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms.

1) Ordering & custom work

  • Most orders are custom-made (design, personalization, event date, theme). For that reason, we may request a deposit to reserve your date and start production.
  • Please provide accurate details (names, dates, spelling, delivery/pickup, theme). We design based on the information you approve.
  • Production times depend on the request and season. We’ll confirm a timeline in WhatsApp.

2) Pricing, currency, and taxes

  • Prices are shown/quoted in MXN unless stated otherwise.
  • We may accept USD for convenience. USD amounts are calculated using the official Banco de México FIX exchange rate on the day payment is confirmed.
  • Prices do not include VAT (IVA). If VAT applies, it will be added according to the business’ registered tax regime (standard 16% or border stimulus 8% where applicable) and shown before payment.

3) Changes, cancellations, and refunds

  • Because many items are custom, deposits are generally non-refundable once design/production has started.
  • If you need a change, message us as soon as possible. Changes may affect price and delivery time.
  • If there is a mistake that is our responsibility, we’ll work with you to fix it (when possible) or provide an appropriate solution.

4) Delivery & pickup

  • Pickup/delivery options are confirmed per order. Local delivery availability can vary by date and schedule.
  • For shipped items, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

5) Photos & portfolio

We may take photos of our work for portfolio/social media purposes. If you prefer that your order not be used in photos, tell us before delivery.

6) Intellectual property

Designs and site content are protected. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our designs without permission.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Orbelle Creativo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

8) Privacy

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Sonora, Mexico, unless mandatory consumer protections apply in your location.
